Booking and Payment All bookings must be made via a GuidingCyber mentor. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless a free consultation is chosen. We reserve the right to modify prices, services, and availability at any time.
Cancellations and Refunds You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before its scheduled start. Refund requests must be submitted via email to isaac@guidingcyber.com. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will not be refunded. If we need to reschedule, we will notify you promptly and offer alternative arrangements or a refund.
Liability and Disclaimers While GuidingCyber aims to provide high-quality and accurate guidance, we do not guarantee specific job outcomes or employment success.
